An Open Letter to August Customers,

I hired off-site person to send wigs out while I was in Japan for three weeks, so that customers would still continue to receive their items in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, for whatever reason and unbeknownst to me, orders ceased shipping on August 7th.

Thusly, I've now hired a new person, and they are going to make it their priority to get the wigs from the former shipper and resume shipping asap.

I am deeply sorry this has happened, and that you have been personally affected by it and that your product is late. I do not like delay under any circumstance, and especially in this instance where I am so far away and unable to deal with the situation first hand.

I appreciate everyone's patience, and I understand anyone's frustration with the situation. I return to the States on the 29th and I am doing everything in my power to rectify this. Please know I am more frustrated than anyone over this situation, and please do not take this instance as a denotation of our normal business practices. It is most assuredly not.

We have LOTS of new wigs available and shipping for arrival on September 3. Many of the wigs are now available in new colors. If you're looking for a wig or pigtails in a certain color, we might just have it, so email ardawigs at kingdom-arts dot org; it never hurts to ask. Especially if you think you saw it at a convention.
